About Love from Nepal

Our Story:
Love from Nepal is a family-run business founded by me, my mum, and my husband, my son now joins us in designing and selling. My journey with Nepal began in the mountains—I met my husband while trekking through the breath-taking Himalayan landscapes. That adventure led not only to love but also to a deep connection with Nepal’s people, culture, and traditions. 

My husband, a proud Nepali, has deep ties to Nepal’s traditional felt-making community. It is his family who crafts each item, infusing their work with decades of skill and tradition. With his family's roots in Nepal’s traditional felt-making community, our business was born from a shared passion: to bring Nepalese craftsmanship to the world while supporting fair trade and empowering artisans. Each piece is handcrafted by skilled women in our family-run workshop in Kathmandu, using techniques passed down through generations.

We take pride in using 100% natural wool, dyed with plant-based colours through traditional methods. Every item carries a story—of sustainability, fair wages, and the connection between people across continents.
